I know there is a variety of types of sun flower oil that you can buy. There is only two essential fats linoleic and linolenic or Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids. I%26#039;ve read some where that the average american diet has a ration of 30:1 for omega-6 to omega-3. Science is seeming to suggest as far as I know(Not quite sure if its fact) that healthier oil has more omega-3%26#039;s and less omega-6%26#039;s. Fish oil is pushed as good because of this.

At the bottom of the page last two fats listed in fats are the omegas.
