There is zero evidence that they do anything at all. Merely placebo effect.

Opus is incorrect about there not being any studies. Perhaps he should actually look up the original research before blasting off his ignorant opinions. Report It

Reply:Generally, yes. Especially if you do the proper research for choosing the correct one(s) rather than being %26quot;experimental%26quot; about it. The Bach flower remedies seem quite helpful, and Rescue Remedy can be a real benefit during anxious times.

Reply:I have used rescue remedy when I was nervous about flying and it really calmed my nerves. It may have been a placebo effect but that%26#039;s ok too!
Reply:Sometimes. It depends on what your using them for. Alot of flowering herbs help with sleep and are very relaxing.
