Do flower girls wear the same dress as each other?

As far as I know, yes, they usually do – it’s up to you though. Having more than one flower girl is slightly unusual in itself, so there’s not a solid tradition. If all your bridesmaids are wearing the same thing, I think it would look better if your flower girls also match each other. Congratulations!

Reply:It%26#039;s up to you. It depends on their ages really, I got married in February and my flower girls were 6 and 3. You want them to wear a dress that looks precious on them so we picked a more simple dress for the 6 yr old and a boofier one for the 3 yr old. As long as they are the same color, they%26#039;ll look precious!

If your wedding colors are pink and blue and you had two flower girls you might choose to dress one in a blue dress and carry pink flowers and put the other in a pink dress and carry blue flowers.





The fun thing about being the bride is you can do things the way you want to do them, regardless of what anyone else says about it or what %26quot;tradition%26quot; dictates.

Reply:No they don%26#039;t. My flower girls where very different in ages. My two nieces are 10 years apart. One 13 and the other 3. They both wore age appropriate dresses that where similar and the same colour.

Reply:it depends on wat u like!! and the color theme of the wedding!!! well 4 example- your havin your weddin in the spring so....u%26#039;r basic colors are -yellow, light pink, light blue, and light green. so if your dress was a creamy ivery and your brides maids dresses were ( they could be all different base colors or the could all be a light pink...sososo u could make the flower girls dresse the same style and design but, the colors could ( if u would like be the same or different)be say.....light yellow, and light blue!!!! best wishes and good luck!!!!!!!!!!
